Claim My Legacy LLC

Last updated October 11, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to https://www.claim-my-legacy-estate-planning.com and Claim My Legacy digital connection pages that link to these terms. Claim My Legacy LLC (doing business as Claim My Legacy, “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website to share educational information, describe our services, and help visitors request resources or assistance.

Please read these terms before using the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Separate written service agreements, purchase terms, or third-party platform terms may apply when you obtain a particular product or service. These website terms do not replace those agreements.

Education and the role of Legacy Specialists

Claim My Legacy provides general education about estate planning, family preparedness, and trust funding through workshops, online content, publications, and conversations. Our Legacy Specialists help families organize information, understand the steps in our process, and coordinate follow-through.

Depending on the service requested, this assistance may include a Family Legacy Review™, explanation of available Claim My Legacy services, information gathering, coordination of signing and notarization, document delivery, and organization and tracking of trust funding tasks. Specialists may also help families prepare the people they have chosen to serve by organizing documents, contact information, and practical next steps. The specific assistance included in a paid service is determined by its written scope.

No legal financial or tax advice

Claim My Legacy LLC is not a law firm. Our Legacy Specialists do not act as your attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Website content, workshops, reviews, and conversations provide general information and do not determine your legal rights, interpret your documents for your circumstances, or replace advice from an attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.

Claim My Legacy’s educational and coordination services do not provide individualized financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. Consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional for advice in those areas. If a question requires legal advice, speak with a lawyer. If it requires financial advice, speak with an appropriately licensed financial professional.

Using this website, submitting a form, attending a workshop, or speaking with a Legacy Specialist does not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege. Any professional you separately engage provides services under that professional’s own agreement. You make your own decisions, with advice from the appropriate professional when needed.

Reviews and trust funding assistance

A Family Legacy Review™ is an educational and organizational process to help you identify what you have in place, questions you want answered, and possible next steps. It is not a legal opinion or a determination that your estate plan is legally sufficient.

A Trust Funding Review™ or Trust Funding Assistance™ service helps organize information and track practical steps involving assets and an existing trust. It does not provide a legal opinion about your trust, determine tax consequences, or guarantee acceptance of a transfer by an institution or government office. Legal questions about ownership, deeds, beneficiaries, or document requirements should be directed to the appropriate attorney; financial and tax questions should be directed to the appropriate professional.

Creating documents does not, by itself, complete every signing, transfer, beneficiary designation, or funding step. Completion depends on your actions and any applicable requirements of professionals, institutions, and government offices.

Your information and participation

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and review information you submit for errors or omissions. Only submit information about another person when you have appropriate authority or permission. You are responsible for your decisions and for completing the actions assigned to you under any service agreement.

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, or full payment card details through general website forms or ordinary email or text messages. Ask us how to provide sensitive information when it is needed. General website forms are not a channel for confidential attorney-client communications.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how Claim My Legacy handles personal information submitted through the website and our forms. Read it at https://www.claim-my-legacy-estate-planning.com/privacy-policy.

When you request information or assistance, we may respond using the contact details you provide and connect you with the appropriate Legacy Specialist. Submitting a request does not, by itself, authorize every type of marketing communication. You may update your communication preferences as described in the Privacy Policy.

External platforms and Amazon purchases

The website may link to document processing platforms, scheduling services, videos, retailers, or other external services. These providers operate their own services and may have separate terms, privacy policies, fees, and support procedures. Review their terms before creating an account, submitting information, or making a purchase. Software support is provided by the applicable software provider.

If you follow a link to purchase one of our books on Amazon, Amazon’s terms and privacy policy apply to your visit and purchase. Amazon handles its checkout and applicable order, delivery, and return processes. Claim My Legacy LLC does not store credit card information.

A link does not mean that Claim My Legacy controls an external service or guarantees its availability, security, or performance. References to another organization do not imply that it endorses Claim My Legacy.

Appointments purchases and refunds

A complimentary appointment or resource does not obligate you to purchase a service. Before purchasing, review the written description, price, scope, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms. A website inquiry alone does not establish a paid service agreement.

Refund and cancellation terms for Claim My Legacy products or services will be stated in the applicable purchase or service agreement. Purchases from an external retailer or platform are subject to that provider’s applicable policies and any rights provided by law. Contact us if you have a concern about a Claim My Legacy purchase or need help identifying the appropriate provider.

Use of our resources and intellectual property

Website content, books, worksheets, graphics, logos, and other materials belong to Claim My Legacy or their respective owners. You may access the website and download or print resources offered for that purpose for your personal and family use, subject to any instructions included with the resource. Keep copyright and ownership notices intact.

You may share links to our public pages. Unless a resource expressly permits broader use or you have written authorization, do not reproduce our materials for commercial distribution, sell them, publish substantial portions elsewhere, or present them as your own. Separate written permissions may apply to Legacy Specialists and partners. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

Acceptable website use

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unsolicited advertising, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, or collect private information about other users. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website.

Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 and have the necessary authority to enter into a service or purchase agreement. Availability of a particular service may depend on your location and the requirements applicable to that service.

Website information and availability

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but laws, procedures, and third-party requirements can change. General educational material may not address your circumstances or reflect every recent change. Seek appropriate professional advice before relying on it for a legal, financial, or tax decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general educational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of completeness, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that using our resources or services will avoid probate, produce a particular tax result, or eliminate every administrative task. This paragraph does not override express commitments in a separate written service agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Claim My Legacy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this public website or its general educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits nonwaivable consumer rights, or excuses obligations under a separate written service agreement. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the applicable agreement.

Updates and governing law

We may update website content or these terms. Revised terms will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. We may change or discontinue website features; this does not cancel obligations in an existing service agreement.

These website terms are governed by Arizona law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
