First Status Follow-Up
Use this when you've submitted a request or documents and need your first follow-up on the status.
I've already followed up and still don't have an answer or resolution.

Second Follow-Up / Resolution Request
Use this when you've already followed up once and still need an update, action, or resolution from the institution.
The institution says something is missing or needs something else from me.

Missing Document / Additional Requirement Response
Use this when an institution tells you that a document, form, signature, or other requirement is missing and you are responding to its request.
My request was rejected and I need to know why.

Rejected Request - Written Explanation Request
Use this when a request has been rejected and you need a written explanation of the reason and what, if anything, is needed to correct it.
I need help from a supervisor or a more specialized department.

Supervisor / Specialized Department Escalation Request
Use this when the normal process hasn't resolved the issue and you need your request reviewed by a supervisor or the appropriate specialized department.
