Legacy Specialist Training: Start Here

A family has signed its trust. Your role is to help them understand and organize what happens next.
This training introduces the Trust Funding Assistance System™ and shows how to support administrative
follow-through, track progress, and document results.

Your Role: Organize, Support, Document, and Refer, if Needed.

3. Practice with one fictional account

Use the same fictional family throughout the six stages:

Maria and James have a living trust and a joint bank account. They are unsure whether any
account-registration steps were completed after signing their trust.

Begin with that uncertainty. Do not assume the account needs a change or decide what its ownership
should be. Use the exercise to practice gathering information, identifying questions, following confirmed
instructions, and documenting the result.

Label all practice records FICTIONAL - TRAINING ONLY. Do not contact an institution or submit a real
request for this exercise.

4. Open the training toolkit

The next page brings together the stage links and supporting resources. Work through the stages in order
the first time, then return to individual resources as needed.

Keep these two rules in mind

The One-Account Rule™: Work through one asset or account at a time.

The Working Rule: Do not guess. Document the question, identify who can answer it, and make obtaining
that answer the next step.

Understand it. Get it done. Make it work.
