STAGE 2 | CONVERSATION QUALIFICATION
Learn to guide natural, question-led conversations that help families think, talk and make informed decisions without pressure.
ACA-120 | CONVERSATION CURRICULUM
Foundation gave you the knowledge and judgment you need to represent Claim My Legacy.
Stage 2 develops your ability to use that foundation in real conversations with families.
You will learn how to create curiosity, ask meaningful questions, listen carefully, use silence effectively, tell stories with purpose and guide a natural Kitchen Table Conversation™.
THE GOAL IS NOT TO MEMORIZE A SCRIPT.
The goal is to understand the conversation well enough that you can listen, respond and guide the family naturally.
LEARN → PRACTICE → DEMONSTRATE → QUALIFY → CERTIFY

COMPLETING STAGE 2
Completing the eight Conversation modules prepares you for your Conversation Qualification Assessment.
Conversation Qualification is behavior-based. You will demonstrate how you connect, ask and discover, listen and use silence, use stories appropriately, respond to concerns, encourage an appropriate next step and create a clean handoff.
The goal is not to prove that you can recite a framework.
THE GOAL IS TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU CAN HAVE THE CONVERSATION.
After completing Module 8, meet with your mentor or facilitator for your Conversation Qualification Assessment.
Once your Conversation Qualification is confirmed, you will be ready to advance to Stage 3 | Family Legacy Review™ Qualification.
